The powers that be (Dan) have decreed that we are going to Mabie instead on Sunday, prob do red route then play on 4X.
This Sundays ride will be a close to home ride (for most folk) at Newcastleton, i’m sure everyone is feeling the pinch with petrol prices so this should help save some cash.
Possibility of an evening ride on the Saturday night also, just racing about and messing around the streets of Carlisle if it isn’t raining too hard.

er….wot about the new whinlatter trail, it has a cafe and shop as well also there is a mighty fine pasty shop in Keswick….why does my life revolve around my stomach???

True the pasties in Keswick are damned good. The trail isn’t fully finished in Whinlatter yet, the last 30% is pretty good though. I’d advise you wait till they have it all done but feel free to come try it out i’ll happily come along t’is the closest trail to me home.

thats wot i was thinking. ther is a nice downhill in Dodd wood as well , best done in the evening when the tourists have buggered off home. We should do Skidda summit as well cause that is the nuts!
