Yes I have done it again and broken something else. This time it is my front shifter somehow I managed to snap it, part of the bottom section near the wee bit where the cable comes out just totally broke away after what could possibly be called a fall earlier this evening.
So screw gears I’m going to join the single speed fan club and see if it’s to my liking. Who knows how to set this up as I have no idea and will probably need some help.

Ah yes the simplicity of Single speed, no chain skippage what so ever & alot less parts to break
You might need a chain tentioner depending on what type your rear drop outs are, but everything you need comes in a handy DMR kit from Palace.

just spend a decent ammount of money on sram x-9 or even the sram x-0 rear mech and shifter, and you wouldnt have any problem
